By accessing or using BIDROI ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us") at bidroi.com, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and demo accounts.

All data is sourced from publicly available Miami-Dade County records. BIDROI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data provided. Specifically:
Users must independently verify all material facts through official sources prior to bidding.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at registration. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of day 7, your subscription will automatically begin and your card will be charged at the applicable plan rate.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. BIDROI never stores your full credit card number.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
BIDROI may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice via email. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The BIDROI name, BIDROI Score™, Strike Price calculator, scoring methodology, and all platform content are owned by SYSMIAMI LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal investment research. No other rights are granted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIDROI AND SYSMIAMI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN ALL CASES, BIDROI'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIDROI, SYSMIAMI LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your investment decisions.
BIDROI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
BIDROI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Features marked "Coming Soon" are not guaranteed to be delivered on any specific timeline.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Investment Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and BIDROI regarding the Service.
